Dr. Donald Moely, Organist


Donald Moely has been Saron's organist at various times since 1971. He played organ at his home church growing up in Wisconsin. Dr. Moely holds a Bachelors of Science degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Master of Science and Ph.D. in Music Education from Northwestern University.

Dr. Moely was Director of Bands and Choir at Kenosha Junior-Senior High School before moving on to become Director of Bands at Winona State University in Minnesota. He came to the Benton Harbor/St. Joseph area in 1971 to become Director of Bands and Show Choir Director at Lake Michigan College.

Currently Dr. Moely is the Choir Director at Adams High School in South Bend, Indiana, and Director of the St. Joseph Municipal Band.
